SRF ID is a 13 digit no. given to every person who takes up RAT Test or RTPCR Test. The SRF ID comes to the registered mobile no. of the person after sample is collected and is also printed in the Test Report.
BU number is a 6 digit unique number generated by BBMP. Its generated only for patients who test positive for COVID19. The Govt / private lab must upload the details of the test in ICMR portal and only then BU number is generated. Please ensure the testing centre has uploaded your Test Report on ICMR Portal, else BU number will not be generated.

Step 3 : If you do not have BU Number and urgently need a bed, Call 1912 or 108
You may have to wait long, but hang on ! There is a huge rush. Thousands of patients are looking for beds. In the meanwhile make sure you get your SRF ID & BU number.

After calling 1912, please call the concerned zone zone room.and follow up . The war rooms are busy and need to wait at least 5 to 8 mins before the call connects, then with the call centre guys you need to spend 5 to 8 mins
